I LOVE this couch! It is absolutely beautiful! If you love sparkle and glam, this is perfect for you. There is not a lot of cushion on the seat, just what is built in (no separate cushions), but it is still comfortable. We were worried the gems on the seat would be uncomfortable to sit on, but you could not feel them at all. The white pillows are soft. Jury is still out on if I want to keep the white fuzzy pillows or replace with something else to tie in with my room though. Very simple to assemble - screw in the legs, and slide the back, seat, and arms together. It feels sturdy so I think it will hold up well. Overall, this set works well for our space, and it blends nicely with our other outdoor furniture. The size is on the smaller side, and it sits lower to the ground than expected, so that’s something to be aware of when purchasing. Our experience getting started was a bit frustrating. The set arrived without any hardware. We worked with Wayfair to have it sent, and while the issue was ultimately resolved, it took multiple correspondences and several different representatives before it was handled. Because we needed it quickly, I also asked for the hardware specifications so we could purchase screws locally. Once that was provided, and the replacement hardware arrived about five days later, we were able to move forward. I understand that issues like this can happen, and I appreciate that it was resolved, though it felt like it could have been handled more efficiently. Assembly took longer than expected, as some of the screws did not align perfectly. Once set up, the loveseat is comfortable, though the cushions are on the thinner side. The table needed a bit of modification for stability—we added two large tiles to the top so that glasses and cups sit securely. With that adjustment, it functions well.
