Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty. This unit is plenty large for our shower. We'll create a full steam experience in about five minutes. It did require a bit more electrical work, as it definitely pulls some wattage. We also had to buy a steam tray to set the unit on in a separate transaction, but you must have this. The 2 small round silver at the bottom of shower is where the steam comes out. Super easy to add essential oils for relaxing or invigorating experience. Functional accessories fit on the ledges to customize the workspace to the specific use and their task. The drain is side set and can be installed so it is on the left or right side of the sink. The colander can be used to help hold, wash and rinse utensils or produce. The included stainless steel roll up mat lets you air dry glassware or can be placed on the countertop as a trivet.  The bottom grid with rubber feet protect the basin’s shine. The deep, large single bowl allows plenty of space to soak and clean large cookware and bakeware. And the beveled bottom around the drain whisks away water for quicker disposal conveniently aided by the included colander drain.

This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
