This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good. This multiple chairs seating group is very useful. It cannot only make your outdoor life more comfortable but also make your garden more beautiful with its fashionable and modern style. It is made of rattan material and an iron frame, which makes it sturdy and can serve you for a long time.

Overall, this set works well for our space, and it blends nicely with our other outdoor furniture. The size is on the smaller side, and it sits lower to the ground than expected, so that’s something to be aware of when purchasing. Our experience getting started was a bit frustrating. The set arrived without any hardware. We worked with Wayfair to have it sent, and while the issue was ultimately resolved, it took multiple correspondences and several different representatives before it was handled. Because we needed it quickly, I also asked for the hardware specifications so we could purchase screws locally. Once that was provided, and the replacement hardware arrived about five days later, we were able to move forward. I understand that issues like this can happen, and I appreciate that it was resolved, though it felt like it could have been handled more efficiently. Assembly took longer than expected, as some of the screws did not align perfectly. Once set up, the loveseat is comfortable, though the cushions are on the thinner side. The table needed a bit of modification for stability—we added two large tiles to the top so that glasses and cups sit securely. With that adjustment, it functions well. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings.
