This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 30" Induction Cooktop with MatteGuard™- Well it was quite a journey with this new cooktop. First off, we needed all new pots and pans for it to work- didn't know that prior to. So, it took a little while before being able to use new cooktop, but, we are getting more used to it day by day. We are coming over from natural gas cooktop-as we had an old style electric many years ago(and it was terrible). I still love the gas cooktops, but this one surprised me as it is very good and easily comparable to a gas one. It will boil water faster and cook better- with the correct pans. We have no bad things to say about it- only small thing, wish there were only one of the smaller burners, rather than two(the burners will only cook around the pan or pot's actual cooking surface on bottom of pan or pot. We are adjusting to these things as we get more acclimated to new cooktop system. We like it very much though. The cooktop system is very sleek and easily can be wiped down after usage.
