I learned that the colored foil stickers for hot and cold can be removed, exposing a recessed chrome area with recessed H and C lettering within. This was delivered well packed with no damage to the product. All hardware was included. I need to note there is not a plate included with this although the instructions include installment for one. We spent a lot of time looking for just the right kitchen faucet as we remodel our older, new home kitchen to boot.
