This shade was a great replacement for the old, yellow one that broke. It features a soft, bright matte white finish. Although it comes with a cap equipped with two holes for pull chains, only the center chain is functional because the opening is too narrow to use the fan chain—at least for my model of fan. Would definitely buy again if I had to do it all over again. The one downside- I wouldn’t say that the cushions are waterproof. Light misting-yes but anything more than that I always take the cushions in because to many times I’ve had to squeeze them out and set them in the sun to dry all day. We have round dinning room, with 4 windows. To find curved curtain rod proved to be impossible, so gave this one a try. It worked perfectly! All hooks and holders rotate so you can attach them on angled walls. As you can see from photo, rod seamlessly transfers from hook to hook. Minus one star for paint finish, it scratches very very easily, so make sure to adjust screws only when all your curtains are in place. Also rod itself is rather thin for a price.
