I was scared for my quaker parrot s feet . also missing parts and the caster wheels were all plastic instead of metal. the space of wiring was bigger than the specifications. cage different than advertised. a&e confirmed that I received the right cage model but all the advertisement are with the wrong picture. so with all that I decided to return for full refund . very disappointed and it s very inconvenient.Wayfair are always a big help though. through all that they are always supportive. excellent customer service. special thank you to Jocelyne (supervisor). Rug looks beautiful and is super soft. We also got a rug pad for underneath (1/4”) that makes the rug even softer to walk on. Fast shipping and packaged well. We got the 9x12 foot size and the rug was folded in half and then rolled, but it’s been laid out flat for 24 hours and flattening out quickly. Definitely happy with this purchase.
