Excellent value! With free shipping, this item was shipped fast and arrived with no damage. There are four boxes, one box for each glass section, a box for the hardware, and a tube container for the plastic stopper. The weight and thickness of the glass is impressive. Be careful and measure the shower accurately. I was concerned about the door being the correct size, but it fit like a glove. It's a two person job to install. The online installation video is VERY helpfull and EZ to follow. For me, the drilling of the holes was the hardest part. I needed four tile drill bits to make eight holes. My suggestion, add one more green tile anchor as a spare. I wasted one because it would not go into the drill hole and was damaged. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse..
