We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. However, I only recommended it for those ready for the technical and physical challenges and have the skills, time, and patience for assembling things like this. The instructions describe the general order of assembly and are insufficient on certain details. It comes in five boxes, so be sure to do a complete inventory before starting. I spent more than 24 hours (with break times) for unpacking, inventory, and assembly, including getting the drawers and doors operating smoothly to running, wrapping, and placement of power, video, and data cables so that they are just right. They are great looking chairs. White glove delivery was a breeze, and status update throughout the process was simple. The chairs are very versatile. As others have mentioned, the cushions are stiff but after a few uses they are breaking in nicely. I’m now referring to these as my outdoor beds. The aluminum frames are sturdy but also lightweight so I can easily move them around. The armrests are chunky enough to hold a cup and phone so I don’t have to have a side table. Only having 1 armrest is really convenient for getting in and out, no scooting up and down the chair to get out. The flexibility these offer is exactly what I was looking for, put them together or keep the separate plenty of cushion space to get comfortable. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Love this table! The legs move with the table so it doesn’t restrict the chairs in between like a lot of the extendable tables do. The Self-storing leaf feature is great. It was pretty easy to put together but I struggled with the feet, 2 of them did not want to go in all the way. I ordered this for my home office after looking at hundreds of recliners online. I wanted heat and massage, zero gravity, a drink holder, and options for charging my phone and tablet. This one checked all those boxes, but was a lift chair. I didn’t really need that feature, but thought it might come in handy eventually, haha. The chair arrived in three boxes exactly a week after I ordered it. A friend helped me set it up in 20-30 minutes. I really like the comfort and looks of this recliner. I live on a farm, and the brown leather and generous sizing should stand up to dirty jeans and big guys.
