This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. It doesn’t help that the light flashes thru its colors quickly and there’s no way to turn it down or off. Hope I grow to tolerate it better.. Anonymous. Sat Feb 14 2026

We chose this model because style wise it is very contemporary and that is what we wanted. As far as a whirlpool bath I give it two thumbs up. To be honest this feels super overpriced for what it actually is. At the lowest speed, the rotating balls are a bit painful. I’m someone who loves a good deep tissue massage but the only thing between your soles and the mechanics below is a thin sheet. So it just feels like plastic digging into your foot. Coupled with the fact the options are wonky as heck… the bottom one is just “manu”. And there’s no heat option which I find odd. Bottom line, it’s ok.
