I purchased this Whirlpool bathtub and received it 3 weeks later without a whirlpool feature. AT FIRST, Customer service admitted the mistake and arranged for the correct bathtub to be shipped. HOWEVER, 2 days later I was sent an email that the company misrepresented this bathtub and it should not have a whirlpool feature. They can offer me $500 discount to keep it or ship it back and be reimbursed for the shipping cost. This bathtub weighs over 200 lbs . I had to take down the stair railing, so three men could carry it to the third floor of my house and uncrate it. NOW I AM STUCK WITH THIS MONSTROSITY IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MASTER BEDROOM and Wayfair is telling me to ship it back for the reimbursement!
