Comfortable seats and soft leather make this couch a great purchase. We looked at a few high end stores, and this couch compares in quality. It's low to the ground and very solid. The seats are deep enough for a tall person and the back is high as well. This couch is not inexpensive, but still less to comparable couches in high end stores. We're very happy with this purchase.. I got the loveseat version in caramel brown. It looks great in person and feels firm but comfortable, and the leather is really soft. The white glove delivery service was excellent. I’ve included photos for reference, including the back, which wasn’t very clear in the listing. For clarity, the inside seating width (arm to arm) is about 50 inches. I purchased the haiylee zero gravity home theatre seating system to replace another home theatre seating that I had for 10 years. This set has great quality leather seating that is soft to touch and well built. the hardware underneath is strong and well made. I really love the trays, phone/table holder and ambient lights that changes colors. It definitely takes 2 people to connect the seats together, other than that, its was eacy snap in for the chair backs and connecting the electrical components. I've was searching for new furniture and went to 2 local stores and there was no comparison. Most important, I waited until the price was reduced by $500. These are very lovely and are an accurate representation of the images provided. They are very comfortable and the leather seems to be of good quality.
