We were stumped a couple of times, but customer service support from Palram easily helped us each time. I paid for Handy to set this up as I knew I would be screaming at it along the way. I'm glad I did. It took my tech about 7 hours to do as he said the instructions were terrible. He would install a section then realize it wasn't in the order it should have been so then he had to undo his work and do it again. Great for the price. Exactly the size I needed as I placed it under my deck stairs. My ground isn't even so this weekend I will spend some time working around it and making it flatter.
