Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts. Absolutely perfect!! I was skeptical at first when buying a memory foam mattress for the first time , but this one fits me to the T. It’s not too firm and it’s not too soft. I slept on it so far for two nights and due to my chronic back pain I needed something better than a spring mattress . I wasn’t sure if this would help, but boy was I wrong!!I didn’t wake up with any back pain, nor did I have a sleepless night.
