Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. Awesome light. There are particular switches recommended in the for it in the installation manual because it has the night light, the changing lights and fan. Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult.
