Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Working great. I really like the dust collector inside. I'm used to having a thin vent to pull out, but this is a compartment you pull out and open up. The dust is inside and easy to pull out. I highly recommend it for anyone with a pet that sheds on blankets. These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. The lights look high-end. Flat to the ceiling for a modern vibe. They are perfect for vaulted ceilings, and the kelvins are good. I gave them 4-stars because one of the lights had a slightly different hue to it. We ordered 3000k, but one of the lights has an amber undertone. This is my 2nd time purchasing these recessed LED lights. Love how simple they are to install and with just a small box vs. canned lighting they can be used in tight places. I wanted a light in specific place in the bathroom we're remodeling, but the location was right off of a beam.
