This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. I owned this same Rohl faucet for several years and when I finally had to replace it due to a plumbing problem that caused the unit to lock up, I came online to try to find the same one. This one is an updated model and it's just as beautiful as my previous model. The hand-held part os slightly less bulky than the older model. I have just one complaint. I think the new model has a water saver 'aerator' in it which makes me feel like I'm having to run water for twice as long in order to do what I'm doing. Coupled with TORNADO FLUSH, these two features create powerful centrifugal washing action, rinsing the bowl more efficiently. This one-piece toilet is designed with Universal Height, allowing for a more comfortable seated position across a wide range of users. This version of the Aurora offers TOTO T40 WASHLET+ and Auto Flush compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade to a hands-free flush system with electronic bidet seat. WASHLET+ toilets feature an opening on the bowl surface to help conceal your WASHLET+ supply line and power cord creating a seamless integration. The Aurora comes ready for install into a 12" rough-in, but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. The Aurora is ADA compliant and meets the standards for EPA WaterSense and CALGreen requirements. Features a left-hand chrome trip lever and includes TOTO SoftClose seat SS124.
