I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. When my original Moen hand held shower handle broke after ten years (and being dropped) I was preparing to install a whole new shower unit into my standing shower. Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out. We had this shower head for 15 years and was satisfied with it performance. So we decided to order a second one and installed it and I’m very pleased with the way it works.
