Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. The GE water heater is a little noisy when the heatpump kicks in (hopefully i did not get the malfunction one) i will observ the noise for a couple of days.. Hoa Dang. Morrow Georgia. HPWH is easy to use and consume little power. Not very noisy, can't hear it in house, but definitely would bother me if my office were in the garage. Keeps water warm overnight without using any power (or very very little). Concern is the durability of the anode rod - within two weeks, it is down to 98%. We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. Now if the TV or one of us saying something similar to "Hi Awoco" (prompt for commands) gets her talking we have a good chuckle.. Norma. Ware, MA. Sat Feb 14 2026

This is a great range hood fan and I researched many many different ones before coming across this one. It's actually a Canadian company but the actual company was out of stock . Wayfair was as well but their back order came in pretty quickly. The hood is gorgeous with everything I wanted it to have ( 4 lights, not just 2 and they're DIMMABLE!!), 2 simple dials; one for lights and one for fan speed ( no ugly black electronic panel with yet another clock..lol) and it's pretty quiet, even on the highest speed which is a powerful 750 cfm. We have had our range for about 6 months. The cooking is great, everything you would expect, easy to adjust heat. Oven if wonderful as we bake lots of bread, fast preheat is a nice feature for dinner rush. The warming drawer has a spring loaded release that is incredibly annoying, it pops open all the time even if you brush against it with your foot. Additionally most of the time it takes more than one, commonly several, attempts to close and latch it. Sometimes if you open the oven door steam will activate the control panel.
