This is a solid piece and very heavy. Top weighs about 100 lbs on its own. Base is probably close to the same. I had free white glove delivery, but it would be easy to assemble with two pieces and just the screws to connect them. Picture shows 3 of the 4 chairs that I bought from Wayfair also.
