I have been using this for 2 weeks in the Texas heat, and it even rained and I haven't run into any issues. Also the color is bright. Installation by plumber was without issue. Has been functioning very well since installation. Extremely low electric use and not very loud. It does keep the basement cooler, but that's not an issue..
