Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. I cannot find a rebuild kit on this website for this particular valve body. Does anyone know if a rebuild kit is available?. Richard07. Mesa Az.. Fri Dec 02 2016

This drain was expensive, but well worth every dollar. Plumber said it was the best fitting drain he has ever installed. Drain closes tight and is recessed so that it can not be opened like the mushroom drains( which is what I had before and if I hit it, it would open and drain when I didn't want it to.) Fabulous!!!!!.
