They heat up quick when you need it and the barely there simmer level is really good. They cool fast as expected from induction, really easy to clean up messes. The oven temperature is true and burns evenly. Convection is an added feature that I use a lot with baking and love it. I had this oven since January and I love it, only good things to say so far.. Honestly, I thought it was beautiful - the color of the gold and the quality. But the picture is deceptive. I thought my electrician misplaced the globe, but actually, it didn’t come with the globe. That’s the light that you have to buy. I thought I buy a bulb and put the cover over it but that’s not how it is. I would return this, but my electrician didn’t come until later in the construction and now it’s passed the return window.
