I searched for the internet for several fans this color and size. I finally landed on this Hunter one. I loved everything about it. My husband installed it without any trouble. We absolutely love it. The light is the perfect color, not too yellow and not too white-like most LED lights can be. The only downside would be the remote. It only has up and down arrows and the remote does not have a holder for the wall. We tend to loose remotes easily in our household so that is a negative point for us. We have 10’ ceilings in our home so I looked for a fan that would push enough air during the hotter months. What attracted me to this fan is the 13” pitch on the blades. We live in the low desert and the heat during summer can be relentless, reaching highs of 120 degrees. I bought this fan for my office which is appx. 15x20 and it’s the perfect size. Air movement fills each corner of the room on a low speed. This fan and thermal blackout curtains are sure to keep us cool in the summertime. The fan is a Hunter fan. Need I say more High quality, sturdy, easy to assemble and silent is what you get with this fan. I’m a person who enjoys the sound of the fan at night. It puts me to sleep. This fan is truly very quiet but I don’t mind. We ordered the fresh white. The other side of the blade is a light oak. Pretty but didn’t match our decor so we stuck with the white blades. perfect in our family room. just had to add a longer bar. Love the black and it is very quite. i also love the fact the controls go in our light switch panel on the wall. we will still have to climb a ladder in the winter to reverse the blades which i wish there was a remote for that..
