My 10’x12’ she’s kit arrived as a 6’x 6’x6’ package. I had previously poured a concrete slab and placed a 4” high conc. block base. There were good written instructions provided along with a DVD movie and photos. It went together without a problem. Mine even has a tree growing through it! Overall does the job, a couple of annoying issues, not having 2x4 makes it difficult to mount standard utility hooks and bike racks.
