All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water.. Uhg! I’m once again wishing for 3.5 stars or a 710. Yes, the Rev-A-Shelf does work and their competition is weak, so I keep buying it. I think this is number four for me in the last few years. It works but they cost so much and leave so much to be desired. The main lacking component in this piece is the absolute waste of space above the can which could easily have been a pull-out drawer. If you’re looking at other pieces, my experience says they’re most likely lacking something too. I hope a competitive company that’s actually good enters the market. For now, let me tell you, it’s probably less expensive and better quality to have something custom-made. I’m doing that for another piece in my kitchen and saving money. I just couldn’t find good cans for this one or would’ve done it too. Over time you’ll probably forget how much you spent on Rev-A-Shelf, which is probably more than twice as much as it’s already marked up retail price should be, but, if you pick it and install it correctly, it should work..
