I’m 72 and put this together myself. The instructions didn’t always match the picture guide, but I did get it together. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is from the very first screws I inserted there was some of the cabinet that flaked up. But once the screw was in place it wasn’t noticeable. It seems very sturdy. I have cement floors and had to add sliding pads to make it level. The back metal poles have a place to screw something in but nothing was included? VERY easy to put together and exactly what I was looking for. They are solid, have glass doors, which is a huge plus for those critters that will scratch up plexiglass. I bought 4 of these and might be back for 2 more before the price increases. I actually attached 2 of them together for my Ackie monitor and she absolutely loves it. I built them separately but cut a passthrough hole in 2 of the side pieces where they would be connected. Screwed them together and used silicone to seal it before painting the inside of the enclosure. I also added a piece of wood to the inside where the bottom metal screen is to make a high substrate barrier. This gave her a 62x15x15 enclosure for a LOT less than other options out there! Also, I am able to get away with a 25w halogen lamp for basking!!!! That in itself is absolutely amazing! We went down from a 150w light in her previous enclosure. It's easy to install lighting inside, just be aware of your temperatures, wattage, etc. Always use cage guards to protect your critters, ceramic bulb bases and it's always a good idea to use a heat shield. For my basking light I used the Arcadia Reptile clamp lamp which comes with a bulb cage guard and different mounting options. I also have a LED UVB strip light on the basking side and a basic non UVB LED strip light on the far right side of the enclosure. If they get too cool, their metabolism slows (and in conditions that are too hot or too cold, they enter states of inactivity or hibernation). Maintaining the appropriate temperature is vital to bodily functions such as digestion. It is important to provide the proper temperature conditions in order for the animal to grow and thrive. For many reptiles, it is not simply a matter of providing a constant temperature, however. They require a thermal gradient or a range of temperatures from a high end to a low end. Thus, the animal can move to a higher temperature or lower temperature to suit its needs at any given time.
