The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. Love it! Replaced an extremely loud Broan hood. Couldn’t wait for the kitchen remodel because the replaced hood was so loud. So glad we got this now and we’ll design the kitchen around this hood. I was unable to install 8” duct and have it reduced for now. Up to level 3 pretty much all you hear is the whooshing of air being vented outside.
