I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people. There is a second output on the valve that you "can" connect a hose too, but it has two issues. First,not only provides a "hose barb" connector. So you have this super clean looking tower with your faucet, and a hokey looking piece of hose with a clamp on it dangling down to actually connect your hose. The second issue is that the control for the second hose outlet is very tight to get at, and does not look like it will be durable over time.
