My two kitties love their new space! We have two 9 months old kitties that we rescued when they were 3 12 weeks old. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. I added mesh wiring instead. The enclosure is 3 sided and backs up to the wall which works perfectly fine in our case as it gives us access to open and close our windows and shutters.. Arb65. Ca-usa. A great indoor cage. Well constructed and easy to get your pet in and out. Pros: Extra large doors on front and top with secure latches that work easily. Six metal latches secure the base pan to the wire top. Top can be easily removed for cleaning when needed. Top is heavy gauge, vinyl coated wire which gives a nice appearance as well as strength and durability. No tools construction. Comes with water bottle, hay and pellets. What I could wish for: The cage is advertised as a starter kit. It doesn't have a litter box, a hay manger or a shelf. (I added the shelf from a different cage and it fit perfectly.) The cage doesn't include wheels. The base pan is designed to accept caster type wheels that simply press into the holes molded into the bottom. The size of the cage makes wheels desirable to facilitate moving it to clean behind or under the cage. Luckily, the wheels are available at many home town hardware stores. Overall this is a great cage for a house rabbit provided your rabbit gets time out for exercise daily. It gives great value for the price and will fit in most any room of the house. . Clyde. I have two huskies that are the best escape artists artists. I purchased two sets of these last year as the started to dig under their chain link dog pen. They work wonderful.
