The stool is heavy, sturdy and surprisingly comfortable. I sit here for about two to three hours a day at a drafting table, also purchased on Wayfair, to journal and sketch design plans. Well worth the money. As others have mentioned, the instructions were a tad sparse, but assembly of this wasn’t exactly rocket science.
