The vanity looks nice, but there are these 2 footings in the middle of the vanity, that make the vanity sit up higher than the feet on the side of the vanity. Since the vanity is so heavy we didn't want to remove the middle footings, therefore, there is space on the end footings like the vanity is floating. It definitely is very odd that the middle footings are longer than on the corners. I have attached pictures showing how the vanity sits one inch above the floor. We installed stints on the side legs to carry the weight but will have to come up with something else, so it looks more eye appealing. Also, there is no back to the vanity, which I'm not sure if this was stated in the details of the vanity. Not sure if this will matter to us or not. Farmhouse Solid wood dresser comes fully assembled while being made in America. The Farmhouse design with a variety of color options to add some farmhouse charm. Included are seven drawers on ball bearing slides for lasting everyday usage. Purposefully distressed lumber for unique finish.

Given the price point for this furniture, I expected a relatively decent item. I have seen 6th grade wood shop projects that were better constructed than this dresser. The corner was damaged upon delivery, but the biggest problem was the exposed nails sticking through the drawer fronts. I cut my finger trying to push a drawer in. Boasting an authentic tractor-style seat with a backless design, the stool is ideal for smaller spaces. It also features a 360-degree swivel and a locking screw thread that allows you to adjust the height to your preference. The antique gunmetal frame and pedestal-style base enhance the vintage look, which is complete with four scroll feet and a practical footrest. The footrest can be fixed at your ideal height upon assembly. Protective plugs are included beneath each foot and can be adjusted to cater to uneven floors.

The stool is heavy, sturdy and surprisingly comfortable. I sit here for about two to three hours a day at a drafting table, also purchased on Wayfair, to journal and sketch design plans. Well worth the money. As others have mentioned, the instructions were a tad sparse, but assembly of this wasn’t exactly rocket science.
