Stove arrived in perfect condition! Looks nice! Works very well produces good heat… only complaints would be the pellets don’t go down well in hopper when you are down to about 10-15lbs. Stove will shut off due to low fire because of this. You must reach in and pile up pellets in center over auger area when getting lower on pellets. 100 perfect choice. With many bad discs in my back I often need release from pain. This is my go to solution. Excellent pressure from the JETS and the colors when the lights are on are absolutely amazing. They rotate colors and fill the room with the colorful accents. Candlelight makes the experience even more perfect. The armrests are perfectly poised for relaxation while you’re body pain pains are relieved. It was lightweight and the installers were able to get it set up fairly quickly. We believe it has added value to our home because it transformed that bathroom into a beautiful space.
