I have never had a batch disposal before. I have always had the traditional ones that require a switch to turn on. The only real issue (and its not much of one) is with how our sink is in the kitchen island there isn't a good spot to set the plunger when not in use other than in the sink itself. It is powerful and I am really happy how well it does its job. There is no flap that covers the opening to the drain like on traditional disposals. I thought this would be an issue having it open and silverware falling in. With our drain off to the right it really has not been a problem. Although I did have a fork fall into it the fact that the disposals "neck" between the sink and the bottom is long so the fork never fully fell into the disposal it just stood straight up. Also not having that flap covering the disposal makes it much easier to see at a glance if anything has made its way in that should be there. It is noisy but not bad, just as I expected as from traditional. I like the safety of it not turning on unless the plunger is in. We have young kiddos. Just makes me feel better. The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. To continue access to the spa's equipment panel, we include flange pieces for an access door. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. The installer will need a circular saw, a string, measuring tape, a drill, and a pencil.
