I have been using this for 2 weeks in the Texas heat, and it even rained and I haven't run into any issues. Also the color is bright. I have already googled a replacement remote, because I lose everything. Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place.
