The directions only had pictures, with no words, so the section where there were two ways to use the arm was a bit unclear at first, but made sense with further examination. I found it to be sturdy and the cord management covers would have kept things neat but they also fell off rather easily when moving the piece. The adjustments were good for leveling the monitors.
