Very easy to put together by myself and there’s plenty of room for my legs and I’m a tall guy and the desk kit is adjustable with the feet. The overall size is pretty much perfect for my one bedroom apartment and I have it out in the main area next to my TV stand. Very large working space and still enough room for my gaming setup. The bf is getting the matching desk for his side of the game room as well. Assembly was not bad at all. Only reason I am giving 3 stars is that there was a defect on the chair edge side of the desk surface all along the edge. It is as if it was not heat treated right and the edge material is rolling off and bubbled across the entire edge. UPDATE Ordered a replacement part and it showed up so fast and it was free. When you buy these items, you have to keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Overall, I am happy with the desk. The directions could have been a lot clearer. A few times I had to take apart what I just put together in the previous steps because the "it should look like this" was not a clear indication where the holes should have been. I did not like the idea of the cloth drawers, am still not happy with them, I am not using them (they were the only option). I will be making drawers out of scrap wood when I have time. I currently have 3 monitors on the top area, there is space for one more if I wanted. The printer area is too small, my printer is on the smaller side, and it does not fit correctly.
