I am not going to lie. I was leery, but my expectations were exceeded just on the packaging alone! Took me about an hour to put together, instructions were easy-ish to follow. The operation is smooth, very quiet when moving up/down. The wiring threw me off a bit, as the light controller is in the box with the desk and everything else is in the box with the frame. I am very pleased, it feels sturdy. Caution, the box with the frame is much heavier than expected, but you can tell quality went into the making. Didn't have to program the motors or calibrate them. The cup holder is a nice touch for sure! I do wish it came with a PC tower holder, but there was room on top for the desktop. I am a developer, not a gamer, but it's perfect for my setup! The price is higher than many of the others but I chose this one, because the top is a solid piece and not split like a majority of the others. Originally, I was very hesitant on purchasing this desk because the tabletop is in 4 pieces. I was worried about whether the tops of each piece would be level to each other or if the gaps between the pieces would be uneven or wide. I would have to say, I am very happy with the outcome of this table. tabletop came as smooth as can be. Height range of adjustment on this table is amazing. It can go low enough for my 5 yr. old to work at or tall enough for a 6.5ft man to stand at.
