I bought this cable tray because I enjoyed it had a method without having to drill a hole. Super great for that reason alone, particularly if you have a minimalist desk with glass like I do! I bought this to run my iron worker because I didn’t have 3 phase electric. My shops single phase . The directions are decent. I wish someone would make a video on how to adjust the settings that’s the only confusing part . I need 60HZ but my machine is working on the factory 50hz setting so for now that’s where it’s gonna stay. I had to bypass the factory control board & wire it directly to the motor. Somehow lost the VESA mount plate & adapter for my Monoprice Workstream monitor arm (probably because I was able to move the monitor with adapter plate attached to a different arm).
