Stove arrived in perfect condition! Looks nice! Works very well produces good heat… only complaints would be the pellets don’t go down well in hopper when you are down to about 10-15lbs. Stove will shut off due to low fire because of this. You must reach in and pile up pellets in center over auger area when getting lower on pellets. My only complaint is the front glass seal isn’t as tight as it should be, and I’ve noticed some smoke escaping. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. The shed is very good. It definitely takes two people three would be better to put it together to hold the panels up in place and to get everything where it’s supposed to be and just a word of warning. Make sure that you anchor it to a wall or it will blow over. I had this shed tucked into a corner right up against house. I cannot believe that when got in there, but it blew it over and it was full of yard things it was a mess. I had to pull everything out of the bottom, which is open and anchor it into the wall, so don’t make the mistake like I did and think that just because it’s full, the weight is gonna keep it up in a high wind because it will not. UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: you must attach this to your house. i did not attach it to my house even though i had it tucked in a small space right up against the house with the chimney to one side. i thought it was secure because the whole thing is also in an enclosed fenced yard and didn't think the wind would get behind it at all. . that being said it blew over one evening when it was TOTALLY FILLED! What a mess. i had to pull everything out of the bottom and get 2x people to stand it up. the back popped open and one of the panels got damaged. all and all it was ok but we now attached it to the house. so don't make my mistake and think all the weight you have in it will keep it from blowing over..it will not. even in an enclosed area.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would.
