Fairly easy to assemble I put it together alone and my nephew came and helped me turn it upright and level it. The ball roll is a little slow but I think that when the felt gets worn down a little it should improve. Best price I could find for a table with the ability to replace the cloth. This would be a 5 star if the table was actually connected in the middle. It is two different pieces so it is a bit hard to level in my yard and I have to use the net to keep the two table sides together. OTHER than that it is perfect for out door ping pong.
