I purchased this and another blower from the same company. I used this 2HP blower for a larger bouncy castle I have set up. I saw other similar products but these looked a little more professionally made to me. (Brighter colors, easy to carry handle, etc) Also came with great instructions and even had troubleshooting if you ran into problems. I have been using this for 2 weeks in the Texas heat, and it even rained and I haven't run into any issues. Also the color is bright. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property.
