This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. To continue access to the spa's equipment panel, we include flange pieces for an access door. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. The installer will need a circular saw, a string, measuring tape, a drill, and a pencil.

Delivery took 6 weeks. Spa arrived crated and in great condition. Delivery guys were very helpful. It’s compatible with 120v240v and after we wired it to my 50 amp disconnect, we realized the tub comes configured for a 120v service. It took a little reconfiguring but we were able to program to 240v. After filling the spa, we noticed water pooling underneath and after inspection found several leaks coming from the led fixtures. Re fastened leds and sealed. No leaks since. Update after 4 weeks of use, the pump stopped working and currently working with manufacturer to source a new pump under the warranty.. Paul. Michigan. The vertical design with four adjustable racks gives plenty of space to cook multiple items at once. The LED temperature control is simple and holds steady, and the included meat probe is a nice bonus. The water and wood trays also help keep the meat moist and flavorful without much effort. My only complaint is the front glass seal isn’t as tight as it should be, and I’ve noticed some smoke escaping. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of.
