The shelf layout is well designed, making it easy to organize groceries, large containers, and beverages without feeling cramped. The design is another standout feature. The clean, modern look fits perfectly in our kitchen, and the PrintProof stainless steel finish does a great job resisting fingerprints, making it easy to keep clean. Performance has also been excellent. The refrigerator cools quickly, maintains a consistent temperature, and operates very quietly. We hardly notice it's running. The ThinQ app is a nice bonus, allowing me to monitor the refrigerator remotely. The only adjustment was getting used to the internal water dispenser and ice maker. At first, I preferred an external dispenser, but after using it for a while, I actually appreciate the cleaner appearance and the extra storage space inside. Overall, this refrigerator offers an excellent combination of style, functionality, and performance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium counter-depth refrigerator with a surprisingly spacious interior. Lastly, the delivery servicemen were very professional. When I got the cooktop it came with all the necessary instructions and warnings including how not to scratch the ceramic top. On "con" = we find we're having to be extra-careful not to drag heavy pots across the cooktop (as we'd gotten used to doing on the very rugged cast iron grate of our gas cooktop at home) - this induction cooktop surface definitely feels more "delicate" than our gas cooktop grate. This range..my goodness. It's incredible. We'll start at the top. The flat top without the typical back protruding into the cooking area is so sleek. We can actually fit all of our pots and pans on all the burners and it's a game changer. Moving down into the burners on the range, they're solid metal and provide an even heat for any type of cooking I need. The quick boiler is incredibly fast. What used to take a full 15 minutes to boil now takes 8 with the smaller burner in the middle of it heating the center of the pot. The grill/griddle burner is fun to use and I never thought I'd be making bacon and pancakes without a pan or separate appliance. The controls on the front are adult-user friendly and easily connected to my SmartThings app. The additional safety of having to pinch and push the controls, plus the slick lighting of the controls when they're on provides peace of mind that they won't be accidentally activated or forgotten. The stove portion is also incredible. So many features and settings including an air fryer and roasting settings (among others) that provides consistent results every time. It even allows for crisping that can essentially replace having to sear meat beforehand. It preheats quickly and accurately and even sends a notification to your phone when it's ready. One feature is that it also has a camera that you can make time lapse videos automatically if you want.
