The vertical design with four adjustable racks gives plenty of space to cook multiple items at once. The LED temperature control is simple and holds steady, and the included meat probe is a nice bonus. The water and wood trays also help keep the meat moist and flavorful without much effort. My only complaint is the front glass seal isn’t as tight as it should be, and I’ve noticed some smoke escaping. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. Stove arrived in perfect condition! Looks nice! Works very well produces good heat… only complaints would be the pellets don’t go down well in hopper when you are down to about 10-15lbs. Stove will shut off due to low fire because of this. You must reach in and pile up pellets in center over auger area when getting lower on pellets. I had been researching hot tubs for a while and reading reviews before I committed to this one. I decided on this model and it is fantastic!!!
