I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. Just without the ozone I have seen a difference in air quality. However, my friend who is a non smoker could still smell cigarette smoke so I will put the ozone on 1 or 2 as ozone can be dangerous to people, pets, and plants.
