I use this too keep a head of lettuce. The lettuce stays fresher longer. If the head is too big, I cut in half. These are great! Beautifully made, thick and tops secure well. They are stackable in your kitchen cabinet. They are small though. Even the largest fits a little over a pound of meat, per se.
