I use this too keep a head of lettuce. The lettuce stays fresher longer. If the head is too big, I cut in half. These measuring spoons fit easily into my spice jars unlike the round kind. Also they hold up well to being washed in the dishwasher so far. I would have been happy if they had just been the color of stainless steel rather than the dark color.
