It takes several days to bring the hot tub up to temperature when refilling. I think this may be comfortable for 5 people, but I have no idea how you fit 7 adults in this hot tub. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job. The hot tub was better than I expected especially the powerful jets. I was really surprised. It’s very well built. It was easy to blow up and use the controller. The nice thing is you can get the app and use your phone. That’s a great feature. At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. I had to get a new unit because mine had an error code about the the unit. They looked up my info and I sent the receipt as request and I had a new motor within a week.
