Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I haven’t had a chance to hook it up yet, but first impressions have been very positive. The delivery went smoothly, and everything arrived in good condition. One of the main reasons I chose this spa was the double lounger layout, which is hard to find at this price point. The overall build and finish look solid, and it has a clean, modern appearance that fits nicely with our setup. The Smartmak sauna I do NOT recommend. The poorly written assembly manual with parts not identified was inadequate. The process of assembly was very poor with no clear photos of the sauna we purchased. I also received many email phishing attempts right after contacting the Smartmak company customer help which was not very good. Wayfair company however I do recommend and will buy again from them.. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
